Quick start
Sign up
Create your contractor account at /signup. You get 14 days of Pro free, no credit card required.
Set your brand
Add your logo + primary color at /settings/branding. Carrier PDFs and adjuster portals immediately white-label.
Add a real project
From the dashboard, click + New project. Drop in scope notes, photos, or a LiDAR scan from the iOS app.
Generate adjuster link
On any project, hit Generate Link in the Adjuster portal panel. Copy the URL into your carrier email.
Submit to carrier
One click downloads the full submission ZIP (PDF + ESX + ACORD FNOL + photos) at /carriers.
Common questions
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free tops out at 5 projects + 2 team members. Pro is unlimited everything — carrier submissions, white-label PDFs, AI auto-supplements, Stripe Customer Portal. New signups get 14 days of Pro free with no credit card.
How does white-label work?
Whatever you set at /settings/branding — org name, primary color, logo — flows through to every carrier-facing PDF and the read-only adjuster portal.
What is the photo evidence chain-of-custody?
Every photo uploaded gets a SHA-256 hash captured at upload time and chain-linked to the previous photo. GPS + capture timestamp + device come from the photo's EXIF. Adjusters see a verification badge per photo. Modifying any file invalidates the entire chain.
I lost my cookie / forgot my password — how do I get back in?
Click "Forgot password? Email me a one-time sign-in link" on /login. We email a 15-minute one-time magic link.
What happens when my Pro trial ends?
3 days before expiry, we email a heads-up. On expiry, your org reverts to Free. Your projects, photos, and data all stay intact. Upgrade any time at /billing.
How do I export my data if I want to leave?
Click "Export all your org data as a ZIP" on /billing. You get organization.json, projects.csv, estimate_items.csv, adjuster_links.csv, adjuster_comments.csv, attachments_manifest.csv. Always portable, always yours.
How do I invite my team?
Owner or office_admin can invite at /settings/team. Pick a role (owner / office_admin / field / viewer), enter their email, send invite. Link is auto-copied to your clipboard.
